Audio does not load to TELink 700a

1. Verify the audio being loaded is in the correct format. NTL Studio supports .mp3 files up to 128Kbps and either 8-bit or 16-bit .wav files.
2. Verify the computer has at least DirectX v9.0c. If a connection is made to the unit using NTL Studio Distribution and the status states "Calculating audio length . . .", then after it does not load the audio, this is a sign that either the computer does not have DirectX v9.0c or the DirectX install is corrupt.
