When installing a modem using the NTL Studio TCA drivers, if for some reason the UAC3556B drivers do not install automatically, update them manually. Instead of pointing the explorer window to c:\Program Files\NTL Studio\TCA Drivers, instead choose the C:\ drive and include all subfolders. The driver for UAC3556B is a windows driver, and should install if it searches the whole hard drive for them.
