2-Line Installation; Both Lines Are Not Coming into the Phone on the Same Wire

The Take-2 message on hold adapter was designed specifically for the SOHO (Small Office/Home Office) market & installs easily with any desktop phone & message on hold system, such as our Messager USB. However, in a 2-line installation, if both lines are not coming into the phone on the same wire, an adapter must be used to put Line 1 on the center two pins & Line 2 on the two outside pins of the connecter. An adapter such as the Steren Model T07843 (4-conductor, 2-line splitter) cost-effectively remedies this situation.
