Check both your External and Internal IP addresses, ensure both are static. A dynamic IP address changes from time to time, and if it does, your units will not be able to communicate with your server until it is set to the correct IP Address.

Check to see that there are DHCP addresses available on your network. If not, the unit will not be able to acquire one. Try to assign a Static.
